This is the face of a woman who has changed her life. Repeatedly. And always for the better.

Once upon a distant time I was trying to fit in with real jobs with 401(k)s and paid vacation time. The benefits! they said. But I was dying inside, and it was showing up outside, with little things like migraines and the incessant desire to throw myself off a bridge.

Nowadays my life looks something like this:

I spend some of my time creating, some of my time business-building, and some of my time in one-on-one sessions working with awesome people (like you!) who are sick of feeling stuck, bored and restless.

Here’s how I see it. The world is changing, fast. And those of us who are the artists, the sensitives, the Light-keepers and the healers need to be our full selves right now. That means no more fooling around with half-truths, stalled dreams, and empty hopes.

My work is to help you get from I-wish to I-did-it. I use techniques that I’ve developed over decades to listen deeply to where you’re at, where you’re stuck and what’s in the way. Then we work together to create a step-by-step map to get you where your heart and soul are crying to go.

So you go from hopeful outline to self-published book.

From dim dream of being an artist to showing and selling your work.

From stifled employee to running a thriving practice using your gifts.

My emphasis is not on the nitty-gritty of publishing, business-building or art sales. Google takes care of that. My emphasis is on gently lifting away resistance, fear and social compression so you can be free of the invisible road blocks that stand in your way.

I’m a Virgo and a Kolbe High-Quick-Start and that means that when we work together, we’re going to work deeply, efficiently and with a minimum of bullshit.

We’re going to get into:

• what your heart center is calling for

• getting clear on what you’re creating and why

• setting a timeline that’s exciting but not overwhelming

• collaborating on clean, achievable action steps

• jumping (or dissolving) the hurdles of responsibilities, finances, rusty beliefs, and holes in your skill set

• re-aligning your inner desires with your outer experience (“hey baby, you’re looking mighty congruent today!”)

• and watching your idea bloom into something you can share on Instagram.

It’s a ton of fun.

(Like, ALL of my planets are in the 5th & 6th Houses, so I am ALL ABOUT creativity and wellness, which frankly I think are inextricably linked.)

Every time I choose something greater, my life expands in huge and interesting ways.

My intention is to hold a safe container for you to choose something greater, too.

That beautiful unique voice of yours that just wants to make what you came here to make, say what you came here to say, and experience life straight into the wind.
